5. Non-ionic polyacrylamide use method
1、 When using, prepare 0.1% concentration of aqueous solution, it is appropriate to use neutral water without salt debris.
2、 When dissolving, sprinkle the non-ionic polyacrylamide into the stirring water evenly, and control the stirring speed at 100~300rpm; add temperature (< 60°C) appropriately to accelerate the dissolution.
3、 Adjust the PH value of the treated liquid so that the non-ionic polyacrylamide can give full play to its effect (choose the best PH value and the dosage of non-ionic polyacrylamide by test.)
4、 When adding non-ionic polyacrylamide solution, accelerate the mixing with the treated liquid, after the flocs appear, slow down the stirring speed to facilitate the growth of flocs and accelerate the settling.
